The Pan European Football Policing Training Project (PE-FPTP) is a world-class professional development course for police officers involved in the policing of football matches with an international dimension. The PE-FPTP is funded by the European Commission Directorate-General Home Affairs (Internal Security) and UEFA. The training provided by the course is unparalleled in terms of quality, approach, participation & partnerships. The programme offers a platform for professional development & mutual exchange of good practice among European police forces through interaction, theory and the observation of practice. Highly skilled educators, leading scientists and experienced practitioners using leading edge technologies and techniques, deliver the training.
The training has already been delivered for delegations from Poland and Ukraine, as part of their preparation to host the Euro 2012:
